We’ve made your first visit at Mid-State Orthodontics simple and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Here’s what to expect—broken down into five easy steps
Step 1:
You’ll be greeted by our friendly team and checked-in quickly so your visit starts on time. Our insurance expert, Paul, will also confirm any orthodontic insurance that you may have.
Step 2:
Our new patient coordinator, Megan, will then take digital photos of your teeth as well as 2 orthodontic digital x-rays. This information will be reviewed by Dr. Schuchert before he meets with you.
Step 3:
For adult patients, we may also need digital models of your teeth. Our new technology uses a wand to digitize your teeth to a computer in 5 minutes, instead of taking an impression.
Step 4:
Dr. Schuchert will evaluate your teeth and review your records with you. With your input and his expertise, he will create a personalized treatment plan and timeline specific to your smile.
Step 5:
Finally, you’ll review treatment options, scheduling, and financial details with our new patient coordinator. Your complimentary first visit lasts about 45 minutes from start to finish.
